The Commandeered Flights
Four commercial jetliners were commandeered on 9/11/01
as part of the coordinated assaults on Manhattan and Washington.
The planes consisted of two 767-200s and two 757-200s.
Both of the
767s
were used to attack the towers,
and the two 757s were supposedly used to target Washington,
with
Flight 77
hitting the
Pentagon
according to the official account.

Contact was lost with each of the flights in essentially the same manner.
In each case the transponder stopped transmitting
and the plane went off course,
while the flight crew failed to radio distress or punch in the 4-digit
hijacking code.
According to the official story, none of the flights was intercepted, a
glaring red flag
given that the nation's trillion-dollar air force
normally intercepts errant planes routinely.
